We make all our ice cream from scratch in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The Classic scoops are crafted with nothing more than fresh milk and cream, cane sugar, and egg yolks. VEGAN HONEYCOMB
Surprisingly made using no honey at all, honeycomb is a crunchy, chewy caramel candy. We make ours in-house, break it into chunks and fold it into our vegan base. The honeycomb remains crispy on the inside, chewy on the outside and bleeds micro ribbons of caramel throughout the ice cream. An Australian classic and new American favorite.

VEGAN SALTED CARAMEL
We caramelize pure cane sugar in small pots, add a touch of cold ground Tahitian vanilla and blend this into our vegan base. After freezing, we fold in flakes of Maldon sea salt makers. The salt is beautifully textured, a result of the centuries-old crafting technique.

VEGAN CARAMELIZED BANANA NUT
We caramelize perfectly ripe organic bananas with salt and raw coconut oil, puree them and mix them fully into our vegan base. We then mix lightly candied raw California walnuts throughout the luscious banana ice cream.

VEGAN CHOC CHIP COOKIE DOUGH
For this American classic we add Tahitian vanilla and a pinch of Maldon salt to our vegan base. For the cookie dough we use locally milled flour and generous amounts of Askinosie 72% chocolate chips. We then mix chunks of the dough throughout. We have partnered with local tea trader Kettl for this flavor. They source directly from top growers in Japan. The tea is shaded for the last 20 days before harvest which tricks the plant into producing exceptionally flavorful antioxidants. Once harvested, it is steamed, which is what brings out the brilliant green color. It is then dried and ground into a fine powder on stone mills. We blend this exquisitely flavorful matcha green tea powder into our creamy vegan ice cream base.
