We know a number of people who broke up over eating differences. Vegan + Omni is quite difficult at home if someone isn't going to compromise. Does he still eat meat out of the house? ]]> By: Jennifer http://veganbits.com/vegan-dating-or-nice-to-meat-you/comment-page-1/#comment-266 Jennifer Wed, 13 Feb 2008 05:28:33 +0000 http://veganbits.com/vegan-dating-or-nice-to-meat-you/#comment-266 i know some folks really have a hard time dating a meat eater (or vice versa)... when i started dating my fiance i was "only" a vegetarian-leaning-towards-vegan, so i guess it was a little easier for us. but when we went to a mongolian bbq place for our first date, and he saw me load my bowl up with tofu, he shrugged and threw in some tofu with his steak... i knew it was serious ;) anyhow, so 2 yrs later we're living together and i do all the cooking, and he happily eats my vegan food, and even the vegan lunches i pack for him.
