You could always omit it and add salt if necessary. Since nutritional yeast is a good source for B12, we try to incorporate it wherever possible. There are no substitutes for nutritional yeast. Are you having trouble finding it? You can usually find it in a health food store, or whole foods (if you have one). Many vitamin stores will also carry it.
