The Impossible Burger is coming to select SF and LA restaurants

The Impossible Burger is making its West Coast debut at three award-winning restaurants in California. Starting tomorrow, you will be able to order the Impossible Burger at Jardinière and Cockscomb in San Francisco, and Crossroads Kitchen in Los Angeles.

Here are the three restaurants that have been selected for the initial California release:

Cockscomb
564 4th St, San Francisco, CA 94107

Chef Chris Cosentino, winner of ‘Top Chef Masters’ and a pioneer in butchery, has created a meaty Impossible Burger you can’t miss. Available M-F at lunch.

Crossroads Kitchen
8284 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

Chef Tal Ronnen, author and restaurateur known for pioneering conscious cuisine, is serving the Impossible Burger M-F from10am-2pm.

Jardinière
300 Grove St, San Francisco, CA 94102

The flagship restaurant of two time James Beard Award winning Chef Traci Des Jardins, Jardinière, is a modern French classic with left coast sensibilities.  The Impossible Burger is offered in the bar and lounge after 7:30pm.

The Impossible Burger Nishi-style is on the menu thanks to awesome chef (and meat lover) David Chang. Available at brunch and lunch 12pm–3pm.
