I'll suggest these to Jane. Although the seitan looks "unfortunate" it was actually quite tasty. But it's certainly not something we'd consider serving to company!!! We're currently borrowing Veganomicon from our library and I think Jane was planning on trying their seitan, but the Italian Sausage sounds great! Thanks for sharing. Thanks Melisser.
