Actually, I wasn&#039;t kidding.  However, I didn&#039;t mean the people advocating for no change.   There are a number of vegan activists who feel this proposition didn&#039;t go far enough.  For instance, Prop 2 only requires the changes to take place in 2015, and many people feel the proposition will allow people to feel good about the meat they eat, instead of considering how badly the animals are being treated.  Some people have expressed concern that the money would be more effective spent on vegan outreach.
But don&#039;t take my word for it.
