Lasagna is probably in my top ten favorite foods. I don’t eat it often, but I will definitely try this one.
Sautéed mushrooms are layered between pasta sheets, creamy vegan ricotta, and gooey truffle-infused bechamel sauce to create this luscious, savory and super creamy vegan mushroom lasagna. Okay, so I’m thinking about holiday food already.
