Chocolate Orange Mousse

Happy Saturday folks!? A few of you have asked for my Choc orange mousse recipe and since it’s soooooo damn tasty I just have to share it with you don’t ya think!!??recipe is below.. Hope your having a magical day, mines been a bit all over the place but I ended up going out searching for props in the end and found some great bits and bobs!! Like a kid in a candy shop!! Aha that was me!!? Many Thanks to @thrivemags and @veggiemartldn for the recent features!! You guys are Awesome!!?? : Recipe? Makes approx 6 servings 2 Medium Avos 150g Silken Tofu 110ml Coconut cream 1/2 C pure maple syrup 4 Tsp Chia seed 1 Tbls melted coconut oil (I use a tasteless one) Zest of 2 large oranges 7 0z of dark Choc 70% : Place all ingredients EXCEPT the melted Choc in a high speed blender #vitamix and blend untill smooth, add melted Choc and blend. Pour into ramekin dishes and top with crumbled frozen raspberries and buckinis. Place in fridge for a hour or so..
