		<description>That&#039;s a great list.  #3. Pretty much covers this, but its important to point out that all fats, Olive Oil, Omega 3 blends, etc increase IGF, which promotes cancer growth.  #5. Soy Protein Isolate increases IGF greater than red meat, so soy protein supplements &amp; mock meats are actually worse in that regard than animal protein.</description>
